Univ of South Florida Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate program

I really enjoyed Week 1 of the University of South Florida “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace” certificate program, focused on emotional intelligence last night. This 7-week course will focus on broad topics from Stereotypes and Biases in week 2 to Community Outreach and a Sustainable Business Model in Weeks 6 & 7. The course is totally free, online, and available asynchronously, making these important ideas broadly accessible. Six more weeks to go!
